Talent Ledger needed to make a clear, immediate impact in the crowded US tech and blockchain recruitment space. While their service offering was strong, the brand lacked the visual presence and cultural alignment to stand out in a fast-moving, design-literate market. The challenge was to create an identity that didn’t just look the part, but also signalled relevance, trust, and innovation to startups and tech-native client, without slipping into generic or overly corporate territory.

To stand out in a visually saturated space, I grounded the brand in an aesthetic that felt tech-native, youthful and culturally current, while maintaining clarity and restraint. Alongside the core identity, I crafted a cohesive visual language, selecting and shaping photography, iconography, and motion to echo the layered, systems-based nature of blockchain and AI without becoming abstract or inaccessible. Every element was designed to feel deliberate but not overworked. Sharp enough for tech, human enough for recruitment, and flexible enough to work across LinkedIn feeds, pitch decks and founder DMs alike.
