The founders of M-Tone approached me to craft a brand identity that firmly linked their high quality audio output to Manchester's origin story as the cradle of the industrial revolution. To do this, I leaned heavily on traditional printing processes, with a nod to record store containers from a top down perspective, resulting in the grid system that houses all designs throughout.
